DO YOU KNOW WHAT WILL BECOME OF YOU SOMEDAY?

Once upon a time, we had a noble man who ascended the highest office of our land. Through thick and thin, he won an election after his 3rd attempt and became the President of our Republic. He was popularly accolade "Asomdwe Hene" by both his Admirers and his Adversaries though his Adversaries in no way outnumbered his Admirers.
Unfortunately, he fell ill barely 2 years into his reign and had to battle an "unknown" medical condition for the months he had left in his first term of office. I must hasten to add that I indicated that the medical condition he had suffered was "unknown" in the sense that, it wasn't disclosed to the Public though it might have been diagnosed by the medical doctors who had charge of him. Why am I narrating all these?
Well, I wish to draw our attention to an antecedent that was set by certain people who were so ignorant and thought little about the "senselessness" in taking pleasure in another man's misfortune or pain. Since when did majority of Ghanaians, especially the Youth, became Sadists?
The above narrative about our Former President who suffered in the hands of those I prefer to call "Sadists" is for a purpose for which I will lucidly expound on. The Youth are my focus because I do not see the reason why they should be so much interested in meddling themselves negatively in matters relating to the health of an aging man who is able to be like unto them a Father.
As young as you are, probably in your twenties or thirties, do you think it's appropriate to make mockery of the Health predicaments of a fully grown adult who is in his 50's and beyond?
Have you ever contemplated on what will become of you "IF" you are able to attain such age?
We are all humans who are not immune to sicknesses and misfortunes but it appears as if most of us sometimes forget that indeed we are humans who can suffer same or worse fate than those we are fond of making mockery of in the name of Politics.
Let me go back to the Mills story. He finally died but he did really suffered in the hands of those who thought Politics is the beginning and the end of life.
Today, as I'm writing this, I can confidently tell you that most of the young men and women who made mockery of Mills' health predicaments ended up with worse health conditions than Mills did and sadly, most of them died at an age not half of what Mills attained. Some of his mockers are still suffering the after-effects of the mockery.
Those who have ears to hear, let them hear what the writer is saying.
Do you know what will become of you?
Now, I cannot draw the curtain without pointing out the fabrications of Steve Marlory of the African Watch Magazine. He burdened the then Presidential candidate, Nana Addo, with all the sicknesses of this world in his bid to discredit him and render him unpopular during the 2016 elections. According to the magazine's publications in August 2016, Nana had been diagnosed of prostrate cancer, acute kidney injury and an enlarged heart.
According to what was reported in the magazine, the diagnosis was made in June 2013 and the specifics were outlined. Nana Addo was said to have high prostrate with Antigen (PSA) count of 89.9 which was far above the 3.72 upper range it should have been.
According to what was reported, British Doctors had confirmed Nana's diagnosis and Steve Marlory and his African Watch magazine had sighted copies of the medical reports.
This was the extent to which some people fabricated and diabolically made mockery of Nana Addo's Health in the name of cheap politicking. How did it end and of what benefit was it to those who meddled themselves in Marlory's falsehoods?
The Septuagenarian President who was mocked is gracefully alive and stronger than those Duogenarians (20's) and Trigenarians (30's) among whom many are dead and gone. How can a man with all the above complicated medical conditions still be living and vigorously going about his herculean duties as a President?
Is he a magician or an exceptional "Patient" whose medical condition is a wonder to the medical sciences?
As the saying goes, "Lies never wins".
To end with few sentences, the radar has been placed on our Vice President, Dr. Bawumia. The naysayers have found their Trumpet again and this time round they are trumpeting to the world that Dr. Bawumia has suffered stroke. I wouldn't say much about this but will only end with just a sentence directed to the "Sadists" and the people who think and behave like them.
I say, " Nature will put all of the naysayers in their rightful perspective at the right time".
Those who do not know what "death" looks like should check on what "sleep" looks like. They are twins. What a Generation! A prayer of forgiveness for us all. Mercy!
A word to the wise is in Wassa in the Western Region.
